Orthotic Management:

Generally speaking, problems such as; arch pain, heel pain, fatigue, or even corns and calluses, may indicate a misalignment in foot structure. Orthotics may help in providing support or correction for a foot abnormality. Prescription orthotics are based on many different factors such as: weight, activity level, type of shoe or activity for which the orthotics are designed. Orthotics should only be used as an adjunct to proper assessment and treatment.
