CLINIC PROCEDURES DURING COVID-19

Kingsway Health is committed to ensuring the safety of our patients.

1. Prior to an in-person appointment, you will be required to fill out the Covid-19 screening questionnaire, sent to you via email. This questionnaire must be filled out prior to every appointment.
2. At the time of your appointment patients will be required to hand sanitize upon entry and have their temperature taken.
3. Patients are requested to come to their appointment unaccompanied unless they are a minor or they require an assistant for medical reasons or translation.
4. We have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of our patients and employees with PPE provided, the spacing of patients, screening, and other additional measures. Extensive safety protocols and procedures have been put into place and are mandatory.
5. We continue to offer Telehealth / Virtual Care Appointments as an alternative to in-person appointments.
